A little about Me:

I’m a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, an Energy Healer and I also work Part time as a Senior Product Specialist in the Corporate world.  Empowering individuals with tools to help them be their best is my passion.   Through Meditation & Mindfulness as well as Energy Healing I’ve helped people step into their power and authenticity leaving them feeling empowered, strong and joyful.

 

 

FAQ:

How much time do I have to commit each week?

About 1 hour – 1 1/2 hours each week.  In addition to that we’ll have an hour long Coaching Call each Thursday

When do I need to complete the assignments by?

You have all week to complete it.  This is self-paced, so once you get the videos every Monday you can work at your own pace to get it done.  Ideally having it done before the end of the week is the best.
