May is Meditation month and I’d like to invite you to spend the next 30 days introducing more mindfulness and meditation into your day!  

For the next 30 days, you’ll be invited each day to engage in a short 5-15 minute mindful activity designed to promote greater awareness, presence and increased self-compassion. 

The activities have been designed to fit easily into your schedule, and can be done anytime during the day.  Twice a week I will be holding 30 minute mindfulness meditations that you are invited to join to deepen your mindfulness experience.

Meditation has been shown to:

  • Reduce stress, anxiety and overwhelm
  • Find more balance, peacefulness and calm within your busy day
  • Deeper, more restful sleep
  • Improve your overall mood
  • Incorporate deep breathing to feel grounded, connected and promote wellness

This program normally costs $100.00 but because of our current circumstances and wanting to make this as affordable as possible, we are running a 40% discount bringing the cost of this program to $60.00 for the whole month!  That’s $2 a day!
