Online Teen Mindfulness Meditation Series
For ages 13-17
Teens will learn how mindfulness and meditation can improve focus, concentration as well as managing stress and reducing anxiety

Meditation Series 2022 Fall Schedule
Online Meditation Series for Teens:
- Dates: October 9th, 16th, 30th, Nov 6th (Sunday), 10:45 –11:30 am
- Cost: $80 for a 4-week series. Each additional sibling is $15 ($30.00 drop in fee/child).
- No refunds after series starts.
- Place: Zoom session. Provided upon signup.
