Meditation in May: A 4-week Mindfulness Series
I invite you to 45 minutes of relaxation, rejuvenation and restfulness. This is your time to connect more deeply with yourself, your own joy and inner calm. These small group sessions will allow you to relax your mind, body and spirit leaving you feeling energized, renewed and reconnected to your own inner peace. Classes will consist of:
- Gratitude & Breath work
- 15-20 minute Meditation
- Tools & tips on integrating mindfulness into your daily routine
Meditation helps to center, balance and ground us as we move through our busy lives, helping you to:
- Reduce stress, anxiety and overwhelm
- Find more balance, peacefulness and calm within your busy day
- Improve your overall mood
- Incorporate deep breathing to relax, and promote wellness

In Person Meditation Series:
- Dates: May 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd (Thursdays)
- Time: 6:00 pm – 6:45 pm
- Cost: $160 for a 4-week series
