Join a cozy circle of just 2–3 people for a 5-week journey designed to help you slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect. In each session, we’ll move through a grounding flow that includes:

✨ Gentle breath work to settle the nervous system
✨ A shared moment of gratitude to open the heart
✨ Simple mindfulness tools you can take into daily life
✨ A guided meditation tailored to your group’s energy & intention

This is more than a meditation class—it’s a space to be seen, to soften, and to reconnect with what matters most.

  • Dates: June 14th, 21st, 28th, July 5th, 12th (Saturdays)
  • Time: 9 am  – 9:45 am
  • Cost: $175 for a 5-week series.  No refunds after series starts.
  • Place: Cozy, comfortable setting.   Cushions and chairs provided.  Provided upon signup.
