Private Meditation classes also allow us to focus in on your needs, and is also a powerful tool for stress reduction, concentration, and coming back to the present moment.

Sessions are done through Zoom, over the phone or in person.

Individual Meditation

One-on-One Meditation sessions provide a safe space to learn about mindfulness and is focused on an individual’s goals for meditation.

A package of 6 sessions is offered at a discounted cost, and must be used within 2 months of purchase.

Couples Meditation

Couples Meditation sessions are focused on shared goals & needs for mindfulness and meditation. Open to all couples (2 people).

Family Meditation

Family Meditation sessions are perfect for families and a great way to spend time together while spending more time in the present moment, with curiosity, openness and without judgment. The session will be focused on the goals and needs of the family and is open to children of all ages plus their family member(s) – (Up to 3 people. Each additional child is $30).
