Spring 2024 Mindfulness & Meditation Series with Mridu

Start your week by dedicating this 3/4 hour to YOU!   From the comfort of your home, this is your time to connect more deeply with yourself, your own joy and inner calm.  Turn off all distractions, find a quiet, comfortable, & cozy space to be seated, and just be open to receive. You’ll be invited to share what you’re grateful for in the moment.  followed by breathwork, and a relaxing and rejuvenating meditation.  This 6 week series will invite you to become more mindful, relaxing your mind, body and spirit which will leave you feeling energized, renewed and reconnected to your own inner peace.  

Sessions will consist of:

  • Gratitude
  • Quick check-in
  • 20-25 minute Meditation

  • Ending your busy, hectic day by focusing on you
  • A sacred time for you to breathe, deeply relax and rejuvenate
  • A strong, beautiful and supportive group energy consisting of 1 – 3 individuals

5 week Online Mindfulness Meditation Series

  • Dates:  April 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, May 7th (Tuesdays)
  • Time:  8:15-9 pm EDT/7:15-8 pm CDT/6:15-7 pm MDT/5:15-6p PDT
